COACHES

Our growing club offers instruction from two young and talented coaches who have a rich technical background in competitive figure skating and performance driven ice shows. They strive to create a fun environment both on and off the ice while developing skaters to their fullest athletic potential.

CERTIFIED PROGRAM ASSISTANTS
This important program allows our skaters to give something back to their club by helping with our Learn to Skate Programs. Program assistants must be at least 11 years old and skating at the intermediate level or higher. They must attend a clinic at the beginning of the season.

After volunteering 20 hours of instructing at Canskate sessions, the PA will start to earn credits that can be used within the club for that skater’s sessions, test fees, or competition fees. Returning program assistants must attend an upgrade clinic at the beginning of each season.

PA HELPERS
Mature young skaters may become PA helpers. They too must attend a clinic but they cannot accumulate volunteer credits until they are of age.
